To join ADVENGERS as a SEO Manager, you need the following skillsets, to…

• Handle demanding SEO projects for various industries (Publishers, FMCGs, eCommerce, Travel, Retail, Betting, Finance, Horeca, Energy).
• Conduct SEO Technical & content audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Lead the team for conducting keyword research, content optimizations, and on-page SEO to improve rankings.
• Report SEO performance on monthly or ad-hoc level and provide actionable insights for continuous growth. Come up proactively with proposals based on data and insights.
• Lead link-building strategies and oversee digital PR initiatives to enhance domain authority.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Make sure to leverage #teampower by working as one with all internal departments and guiding the junior members of the SEO team
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders & build strong relationships that contribute to client growth.
• Monitor competition, trends and understand the industry landscape. Stay up-to-date with emerging SEO trends, AI in search, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Work experience: 4+ years in Search Engine Optimization, ideally in a digital agency
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or other related field is required, a Master's Degree is preferred, or in lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices
• Hands-on experience in complex SEO
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Reporting tools / Looker Studio, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of data visualization
• Very good project management skills
• Understanding of business reporting & forecasting
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
• Critical & Strategic Thinking
• A natural curiosity for new trends and innovation
• Fluency in English; written/spoken
