The Sales Supervisor has a crucial role in managing Sales Executives within his/her team in order to accomplish the set targets in attracting new customers and creating a new portfolio of customers. He/ She is responsible for providing additional value to the relationships of Ayvens' suspects/prospects customers.
The focus is to develop and extend the relationship with new customers. The individual selected for the job will be concerned with Ayvens' image, consistency, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, conversion ratio, process efficiency and ongoing provision of accurate and timely vehicle CRM data and analysis to the assigned accounts. This position plays a critical role for Ayvens to achieve successful business development within the Direct Retail and private individual segment.
Responsibilities:
People Management and leadership skills:
Guide, develop and motivate the team to excel and achieve their best.
Articulate a clear vision and develop strategies to achieve.
Act as ambassador of company's culture and embed it to team members.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and mutual respect.
Lead the team by challenging the status quo, embracing change and innovation and adopt a "never stand still" spirit, ensuring the company's market leadership.
Commercial Awareness:
Enabling the development and drive of commercial & sales strategic direction in conjunction with senior leadership and in alignment with commercial strategy
Sales Forecasting and planning: develop accurate forecasting capability, tracking performance, managing peaks and take preventive measures in case of deviation from targets.
Demonstrate the ability to swiftly respond to market changes and adjust the retail business model accordingly, as retail is a fast-moving business.
Assure that CRM (Sales Cloud) data quality is at the highest level.
Communication:
Communicate and negotiate effectively with senior management as well as with external partners/vendors to influence decisions. Establish relationships internally and externally.
Communicate ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly and effectively.
Business acumen and Organization knowledge
Digital fluency: act as digital native and demonstrate ability to design digital customer journeys (onboarding, retention & loyalty, upselling) that will generate revenue, profitability and will elevate loyalty and overall customer expericence.
Applies in-depth knowledge of own organization function as well as business and commercial expertise to drive financial performance and differentiate the company from the competition.
Customer relationship management
Leverage best practices in terms of quality of services to all clients with a focus on commercial dynamics.
Manage customer relationship in C-level ensuring depth and breadth of relationship and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and apprehend the next generation mobility needs of customers in collaboration with the marketing team.
Extensive knowledge in local stakeholders and landscape to facilitate local initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Academic background
At least 5 years of experience in complex & high value sales function.
Minimum 2 years in a commercial management role with people management responsibilities.

Effective communicator
Visionary & forward-thinking
Very good knowledge of English (fluent)
IT literature, such as MS-Office
