Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Thessaloniki. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, and bathroom accessories, providing personalized service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining the showroom's appearance, updating product displays, and participating in promotional activities. The Salesperson will also need to coordinate with the warehouse for the timely delivery of materials and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Tiles, Sanitary Ware, and Building Materials
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
