About the Job:

Currently we are looking for detail- oriented individual to fill the position of Food Technologist and F&B Cost Control Assistant

Main Duties:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the company's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO
  • Conducting quality control checks throughout all stages of the production process and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Participating in the improvement of product production processes.
  • Performing internal audits in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Collaborating with Restaurant managers to ensure proper handling of raw materials
  • Performing physical inventory checks at the warehouses.
  • Analyzing stock deficits and surpluses.
  • Training staff on food hygiene and safety principles.
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers as needed.
  • Updating Restaurant menus with new items and pricing.
  • Reviewing and verifying raw material purchase prices.
  • Performing menu costing and analysis.
  • Monitoring both physical and digital inventories of warehouses.
  • Calculating consumption cost per Restaurant

The Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • University or Technical Institute degree in Food Science, preferably in Nutrition & Dietetics.
  • At least 2 years work experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of hygiene and quality assurance systems (familiarity with BRC or IFS standards will be considered an asset).
  • Hands-on experience in food production facilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.
