Όροι & Προϋποθέσεις:

  • Υποψηφιότητα μπορεί να δηλώσει μόνο προσωπικό που εργάζεται στις κουζίνες των ξενοδοχείων μας.
  • Ο κάθε υποψήφιος/α έχει την δυνατότητα να επιλέξει μόνο μία κατηγορία για να διαγωνιστεί.
  • Ο ελάχιστος αριθμός συμμετεχόντων για κάθε κατηγορία είναι 8 άτομα.

  • Το κόστος παρασκευής πιάτου ανά κατηγορία θα πρέπει να είναι:

  • ΟΡΕΚΤΙΚΟ: 2€ έως 4€

  • ΚΥΡΙΩΣ: 5€ έως 7€

Για την κοστολόγηση των πιάτων σας μπορείτε να ζητήσετε οδηγίες από τους Chefs σας. Η κοστολόγηση του πιάτου θα ελέγχεται πριν την παρουσίαση του.

Requirements

  • Οι αιτήσεις συμμετοχής ξεκινούν στις 05 Σεπτεμβρίου και ολοκληρώνονται στις 25 Σεπτεμβρίου. · Στις 26 Σεπτεμβρίου θα αναρτηθεί η τελική λίστα συμμετεχόντων ανά κατηγορία βάση των αιτήσεων. · Η 1η φάση του διαγωνισμού θα ξεκινήσει στις 30 Σεπτεμβρίου και αφορά τα Blind Tastes ( τυφλή αξιολόγηση πιάτου) Σε αυτή τη φάση ο διαγωνιζόμενος θα ετοιμάσει το πιάτο του σε κάποια από τις κουζίνες των εστιατορίων που θα του υποδειχθεί, οι κριτές δεν θα γνωρίζουν ποιος-α είναι και ο διαθέσιμος χρόνος παρασκευής του πιάτου του διαγωνιζόμενου/ης είναι 25-30 λεπτά. · ΚΡΙΤΗΤΡΙΑ ΑΞΙΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ ΚΡΙΤΩΝ (1 έως 5)

  • Το άθροισμα της βαθμολογίας από τα 5 κριτήρια θα δίνει τη συνολική βαθμολογία του διαγωνιζόμενου.

  • · Τα πιάτα ανάλογα με την φάση του διαγωνισμού, θα αξιολογηθούν από τα στελέχη της εταιρίας μας

  • · Στην 2η και Τελική φάση, οι 2 πρώτοι από κάθε κατηγορία, θα καλεστούν να μαγειρέψουν μπροστά στους κριτές σε δοκιμασία με Secret ingredients θα φτιάξουν ένα ορεκτικό ή σαλάτα και Κυρίως μέγιστος χρόνος 60 λεπτά.
