Στην Nomas αναζητούμε έναν Reservations Manager για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα μας, αναλαμβάνοντας τη διαχείριση κρατήσεων και την εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών. 

Διαχείριση κρατήσεων μέσω Airbnb,

Επικοινωνία με επισκέπτες, απαντώντας σε ερωτήσεις και διαχειριζόμενος ειδικά αιτήματα.

Συντονισμός check-in & check-out, σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα operations.

Άμεση επίλυση προβλημάτων ή παραπόνων.

Ανάλυση δεδομένων κρατήσεων και διαχείριση αλλαγών ή ακυρώσεων.

Requirements

Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας στη διαχείριση κρατήσεων μέσω Airbnb &  
Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά). 
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών κρατήσεων και ανταπόκρισης. 
Εξοικείωση με channel managers & PMS επιθυμητή. 
Άνεση στη χρήση Excel, Google Sheets & reporting tools.
