We are looking for a Functional Consultant Supply Chain to join our Digital & Technology team in Athens and play a key role in supporting and improving our Supply Chain system.

Reporting to the Business Relationship Manager, the Functional Consultant ensures smooth operation and continuous improvement of IT systems within the Supply Chain domain. The role focuses on translating business requirements into IT solutions, managing system changes, and driving process optimization through digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into IT solutions, ensuring proper lifecycle management.
  • Participate in projects for new implementations or changes, in close cooperation with Supply Chain teams (production, logistics & customer service).
  • Identify and drive improvements in business processes and IT enablement.
  • Create, update, and maintain project deliverables (business requirements, functional design, user stories, issue lists).
  • Support data management/migration activities; ensure data integrity, define controls, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Understand end-of-the-end service and business impact from a user's perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver agreed solutions on time.
  • Support creation of test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and propose/implement improvements to applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or technology-related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP & SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with SAP ECC (SD, MM, PP, QM) and Transportation Management Systems a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (PaaS – Azure, AWS)
  • Nice to have: Agile SCRUM familiarity, IoT solutions experience.
  • Project management skills with experience coordinating initiatives in multicultural teams.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and oral.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
