Company Description

Pineios Brewery, established in 2018, is the first independent craft brewery in Larissa. The brewery is privately-owned and features a well-equipped facility located on the 7th kilometer of Larissa-Sykourio Street. Pineios Brewery produces eight permanent types of beers: Lola Pilsner, Lola Belgian Ale, Lola American IPA, Cambos Lager, LoChes, LoCo and Sunshine, along with several occasional varieties.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lárisa for a Sales and E-Commerce Support Specialist. The day-to-day tasks include managing and improving the online store, supporting sales activities, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records. The specialist will also be responsible for marketing activities, including managing social media accounts and launching promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce management and Online Store operations
• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Marketing, especially in managing social media and launching promotional campaigns
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with the food and Beverages industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
