Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sportsbook operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the relationship with third-party trading and data providers.
- Liaise with internal departments (Risk, CRM, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, and Tech) to support promotions and feature launches.
- Assist in planning, executing, and reviewing sportsbook promotions in collaboration with CRM and marketing teams.
- Maintain real-time oversight of betting activity, flagging and investigating suspicious patterns or performance anomalies.
- Monitor and improve the presentation and usability of sportsbook content across platforms.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new sportsbook features and functionalities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and responsible gambling requirements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in sportsbook operations, trading, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of sports betting markets
- Proficient in using sportsbook platforms and backend systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
