WE ARE HIRING — Production Manager (Events)
Role Purpose
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team and support the organization, execution, and successful delivery of events. You will act as the key link between our creative team, clients, and external partners, ensuring every project is carried out with professionalism, precision, and creativity. Your mission is to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences from concept to final execution.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate all stages of event production
• Manage external vendors, crews, suppliers, and event staff
• Ensure all event requirements are delivered on time, within scope, quality standards, and budget
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping timelines and calendars updated
• Participate in briefings, logistics planning, technical rehearsals, and show flow preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and resolve issues during planning and execution
• Support the sales team in achieving targets
• Assist in preparing proposals, production plans, and budgets when needed

Candidate Profile
• Degree from a university or technical institute (preferably in Communications, Media, Event Management, or Production)
• Previous experience in event coordination or production assistance (even short-term experience is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and Trello
• A team player with professionalism, responsibility, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our creative environment
