Αυτό το διάστημα αναζητάμε έναν έμπειρο Regional Sales Supervisor (Βόρεια & Κεντρική Ελλάδα) για την ομάδα D2D Πωλήσεων μας.

Ο ρόλος αφορά στην καθοδήγηση και στο συντονισμό της ομάδας πωλητών που δραστηριοποιούνται στην προώθηση υπηρεσίας Internet Fiber σε πελάτες με σκοπό την επίτευξη του στόχου πωλήσεων και θα αναφέρεται στον Field Sales Manager.

Τι θα κάνεις;

  • Ηγείσαι ομάδας D2D hunters στον τομέα των πωλήσεων Internet Fiber, με απόλυτη εστίαση στη νέα παραγωγή.
  • Αναπτύσσεις την αγορά door-to-door, μεγιστοποιώντας την ανάπτυξη του fiber δικτύου.
  • Παρακολουθείς καθημερινά KPIs και conversion rates, παρεμβαίνοντας άμεσα για να κλείνουν περισσότερες συμφωνίες.
  • Οργανώνεις και βελτιστοποιείς τις κινήσεις της ομάδας στο πεδίο, ώστε κάθε επίσκεψη να μετράει.
  • Συλλέγεις insights από την αγορά και τον ανταγωνισμό, μετατρέποντάς τα σε άμεσες εμπορικές ενέργειες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον δύο ετών (2) σε διοίκηση ομάδας στον χώρο των πωλήσεων, επιθυμητή σε D2D έργο.
  • Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών ή παρεμφερές θα συνεκτιμηθεί.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων, κριτική σκέψη, ευελιξία.
  • Προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων και διοικητική ικανότητα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών
