IT & Cloud Operations Engineer

Terracom S.A., one of the leading Greek B2B SaaS development companies with an international presence (QR-Patrol, MyLoneWorkers, Workeen AI), is seeking an
IT & Cloud Operations Engineer
to play a key role in managing, securing and ensuring the availability of the company's IT & Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Management, maintenance, and optimization of corporate IT equipment (laptops, servers, network devices, peripherals).
• Supervision and management of the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) hosting our SaaS products.
• Implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups, scaling).
• Support for development teams through automation scripts and micro-tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of all IT and Cloud systems.
• Collaboration with the CTO and development teams on technical improvements, processes, and new projects.

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT / System / DevOps Engineer role, ideally within a SaaS or software company.
• • Good knowledge of Windows & Linux administration
• Good knowledge of
  Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of
  Network equipment (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)
• Good knowledge of
  Scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix) will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SoftOne, Zoho CRM) will be highly appreciated.
• Good English skills, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
