Wordpress Developer

WHY, one of Greece's fastest-growing 360° advertising agencies, is looking for a talented
Web Developer
to join our dynamic development team.

As part of our tech department, you'll work on
custom PHP, , and WordPress projects
, supporting both internal and client-facing solutions. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and fellow developers to bring innovative ideas to life for top Greek and international brands.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain custom web applications using PHP, , and WordPress
• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins, and handle site maintenance and performance optimization
• Translate UI/UX designs (from Figma or Adobe XD) into responsive, high-performance front-end code
• Work on cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
• Troubleshoot, test, and enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of web platforms

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in web development
• Proven experience with
  WordPress
  (custom themes, plugins, and maintenance)
• Proficiency in
  
  (or React),
  JavaScript
  ,
  HTML
  , and
  CSS
• Solid knowledge of
  PHP
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with
  Figma
  or
  Adobe XD
  is a plus
