#Your Role

Your role as a consultant will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes and understanding user requirements to support Oracle solutions
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve business processes
• Engage in technical troubleshooting and apply analytical abilities to resolve issues
• Collaborate with senior consultants to diagnose problems, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client challenges
• Participate in gathering technical and functional requirements for Oracle implementations
• Provide operational data support for internal and external customers, ensuring data integrity and availability
• Support the alignment of ERP Application Technical/Functional/Support teams, Business users, Risk, Compliance, and Audit groups to ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and procedures related to Oracle ERP Applications
• Assist in configuring Oracle Cloud System in collaboration with the functional team.
• Support the implementation of new Oracle Cloud functionalities
• Help maintain and enhance the software to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare and test software to ensure it meets functional and technical requirements
• Communicate project progress to project managers and leads, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Write SQL queries to analyse data and generate, monitor, and maintain informational reports
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support Oracle solutions
• Develop an understanding of the client's business, follow sector trends, and learn leading practice
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
• Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and confidently to instil confidence in team members and clients

#OurRequierements

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in writing and executing SQL and Oracle stored procedures with PL/SQL
• 0-2 years of experience with Oracle products such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
• Ability to perform tasks independently without constant supervision
• Ability to adapt to the organization and work context
• Willingness to work and collaborate with others, aiming to build positive relationships to achieve assigned task
• Ability to convey and share ideas and information clearly and concisely with stakeholders, with effective listening and confrontation skills
• A genuine passion for technology
• Desire for continuous self-improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates

Technical Knowledge

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Solid understanding of data bases concepts and best practices
• Experience in loading and extracting large data sets
• Basic proficiency in using database tools like Oracle SQL Developer
• Familiarity with software development and the system implementation life cycle
• Additional Skills that will be considered a plus
• Postman/SOAPUI
• XML/JSON
• Soap/REST web services
• Design and implementation of cloud and On-Premise architectures
