HSE Chemical Engineer

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading Greek organization in the Petroleum sector, is seeking an HSE Chemical Engineer for its Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability & Quality Department.

Location: Marousi

Report to: HSE Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and evaluation of fuel quality controls, in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Execution and supervision of chemical analyses on fuels and other products, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Providing technical support to industrial clients regarding quality, specifications, and product applications.
• Collaboration with internal departments for the implementation of best practices in Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability.
• Supporting internal and external audits related to product quality and safety.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance quality and sustainability in Domestic Trading activities.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering (Polytechnic School)
• 2–4 years of experience (fuel quality control monitoring, chemical analyses, technical support to industrial clients)
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation and fuel specifications
• Strong data analysis and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Good command of the English language
• Professional license to practice (registered with the Technical Chamber of Greece – TEE)
