Η εταιρεία ΣΙΟΝΤΗΣ Α.Ε. δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο του λιανικού εμπορίου από το 1973 και ύστερα από 50 χρόνια εμπειρίας, κατατάσσεται ανάμεσα στις 5 μεγαλύτερες αλυσίδες αθλητικών και casual στην Ελλάδα με 3 εμπορικές επωνυμίες (Hall of Brands, SaintSoles, Sneakerology by SaintSoles), 16 φυσικά καταστήματα, 2 ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα & ) και περισσότερα από 200 άτομα στο προσωπικό της.

Όραμά μας είναι η οικοδόμηση του μέλλοντος των αγορών με πρωτοποριακά και αυθεντικά καταστήματα που θα προσφέρουν στον καταναλωτή την απόλυτη εμπειρία αγορών. Και τα 3 projects μας εξυπηρετούν όλες τις σύγχρονες ανάγκες του καταναλωτή σε αθλητικά είδη, premium casual και urban fashion, sneakers & outfits δημιουργώντας την απόλυτη εμπειρία αγορών και ξεπερνώντας κάθε προσδοκία. Στα καταστήματά μας μπορεί κανείς να βρει περισσότερα από 150 iconic brands (Nike, Adidas, Jordan, Under Armour, The North Face, Calvin Klein, Tommy Jeans, Levi's κ.α)

To Hall Of Brands αναζητούν άτομα για την παρακάτω θέση.

Αν λοιπόν

· Αγαπάς τον αθλητισμό και έχεις γνώση πάνω σε συγκεκριμένα αθλήματα ή αγαπάς την μόδα και το lifestyle.

· Είσαι φιλόδοξος/η και σου αρέσει να είσαι ενεργό μέλος της ομάδας.

· Έχεις όρεξη και ενθουσιασμό για το αντικείμενο εργασίας σου τότε μπορείς να στείλεις το βιογραφικό σου για την παρακάτω θέση για τα καταστήματα μας.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

· Ευθύνη για την εικόνα του καταστήματος ανά πάσα στιγμή.

· Εύρεση αποτελεσματικών λύσεων ώστε να γίνει το κατάστημα πιο εμπορικό και κερδοφόρο.

· Δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης και παρακίνησης της ομάδας σχετικά με τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές και τις τεχνικές εμπορίας νέων προϊόντων

· Δημιουργία προτάσεων σχετικά με νέα προϊόντα που δεν είναι διαθέσιμα

· Συνεχής αναφορά στην ομάδα διαχείρισης του καταστήματος - υποστήριξη σε συγκεκριμένα διευθυντικά καθήκοντα καταστήματος.

· Επικοινωνία και παροχή feedback στον Visual Merchandiser της περιοχής.

Οι υποψήφιοι/ες για την θέση θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

· Αποδεδειγμένα επιτυχημένο ιστορικό προϋπηρεσίας τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους στο χώρο του Visual Store Merchandising.

· Γνώση των βασικών οπτικών τεχνικών δημιουργίας ελκυστικού περιβάλλοντος για τους πελάτες των φυσικών μας καταστημάτων.

· Γνώση του προφίλ των πελατών, τις δυνατότητες του προϊόντος και τις εμπορικές στρατηγικές των ανταγωνιστών

· Ικανότητα εφαρμογής του retail brand strategy πάνω στο αντικείμενο εργασίας τους και πάντα σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρίας.

· Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες.

· Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.

· Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης H/Y.

· Πανεπιστημιακές σπουδές (ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / Ιδιωτικό Κολλέγιο).

· Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους.
