As part of the internationally recognized Emergency First Response program, the organization offers approved training in Basic Life Support, Automated External Defibrillation, First Aid, Pediatric Care, and oxygen management and usage. Their team consists of highly qualified and certified instructors with up-to-date certifications. Upon course completion, participants receive an internationally recognized First Aid certification from Emergency First Response.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Alimos, Greece. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Tasks include managing correspondence, performing clerical duties, maintaining organizational systems, and assisting executive members. The role also requires professional communication and strong organizational capabilities to support the team effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance skills such as organizing schedules, maintaining records, and managing office supplies
- Strong communication and effective Phone Etiquette, including responding to inquiries professionally and managing calls efficiently
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and coordinating meetings
- Strong Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Flexibility and proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
