E-Commerce & E-Procurement Specialist

At Würth Hellas, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce & E-Procurement Specialist to join our growing digital team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between digital commerce and electronic procurement solutions, combining online sales growth, catalog optimization, and EDI integration for our B2B customers. You will work closely with sales, IT, and customers to deliver seamless and innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support integrations with customer platforms (e.g., cXML, OCI punch-out), including backend settings in our Online Shop.
• Act as a project manager and coordinator between IT, sales teams, and customers for digital procurement initiatives.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize online product catalogs using our PIM system.
• Set up and maintain EDI connections (orders, returns, integrations), ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange.
• Monitor and improve e-commerce performance, focusing on product visibility, search optimization, and user experience.
• Provide continuous support, training, and guidance to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to implement global Würth digital strategies and solutions.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-procurement processes and tools, including EDI, e-catalogs, ERP systems, and platform integrations.
• Proven experience in B2B e-commerce and/or e-procurement project implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with PIM systems and managing product data.
• Familiarity with EDI converters (e.g., Seeburger, BizTalk, Lobster) and standard data formats (EDIFACT, XML, Opentrans, VDA).
• Advanced Excel skills and solid data management capabilities, including report generation and analysis.
• Experience managing complex digital commerce or procurement projects, with strong stakeholder and timeline coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using a variety of digital tools and platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Proactive self-starter who works independently and thrives in cross-functional and international team environments.
