Your Role

As a Payroll Officer, you will manage and execute the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication with employees and internal teams.

The position holder will be responsible for:

• Full payroll management (calculations, benefits, contract changes).
• Submission of files to Ergani II and e-EFKA.
• Issuance and maintenance of payroll statements, APD, FMY and accounting articles.
• Payroll agreement with General Accounting and cost allocation.
• Monitoring of leaves, illnesses and the digital work card.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of labor & insurance legislation and familiarity with current tax legislation.
• Comfort with accounting systems & MS Excel.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and responsibility.
• Good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
