We are currently seeking a
Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the high quality of our products and ensuring compliance with GMP and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System and play a key role in the company's ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met throughout manufacturing.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
  • Review and prepare documentation for batch release.
  • Review and approve QA-driven documentation (e.g., SOPs, batch records, work instructions).
  • Support the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform trend analyses for manufactured products.
  • Conduct mock recalls.
  • Review reports and change controls for completeness, consistency, relevance, and clarity.
  • Participate in subcontractor qualification activities.
  • Maintain records in line with ISO standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
