Job Overview

The Chief Executive Advisor will serve as a senior strategic leader and trusted advisor to FIA's executive team and Board, providing high-level guidance on corporate strategy, technology direction, operational scalability, and institutional positioning.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Advisor will play a critical role in shaping FIA's long-term vision, advising on blockchain technology adoption, digital asset strategy, governance frameworks, and global expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with deep experience in blockchain technology, asset management, fintech, or institutional finance, with a proven ability to advise leadership teams through periods of growth, transformation, and market evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Strategic Leadership

Serve as a senior advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on corporate strategy, technology direction, and organizational development.

Provide independent, objective guidance on strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and long-term value creation.

Advise on aligning blockchain technology capabilities with FIA's asset management, investment, and client strategies.

Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, market insight, and strategic foresight.

Strategic Planning & Business Transformation

Advise leadership on the development and execution of FIA's long-term growth, technology, and market expansion strategies.

Translate macro trends in blockchain, digital assets, and capital markets into actionable strategic recommendations.

Support transformation initiatives focused on scalability, operational maturity, and institutional readiness.

Anticipate regulatory, technological, and market developments to help FIA maintain competitive advantage.

Technology, Blockchain & Digital Asset Enablement

Advise on blockchain architecture, digital asset infrastructure, and technology governance models.

Ensure technology strategy supports secure, compliant, and scalable asset management operations.

Guide leadership on integrating automation, data analytics, and blockchain innovation into core business processes.

Support the alignment of technology investment with business objectives and risk management principles.

Global Expansion & Institutional Positioning

Advise on operational and strategic readiness for expansion into the Americas and other priority markets.

Support the development of institutional-grade frameworks for cross-border operations and partnerships.

Strengthen FIA's positioning as a trusted blockchain technology and asset management partner for institutional clients.

Provide guidance on navigating complex regulatory and market environments globally.

Governance, Risk & Compliance Advisory

Advise on governance structures, risk frameworks, and compliance strategies across technology and asset management operations.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk leaders to ensure regulatory alignment and operational integrity.

Support the development of business continuity, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation strategies.

Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, leadership development, and succession planning.

Support the cultivation of high-performance leadership teams aligned with FIA's strategic objectives.

Encourage cross-functional collaboration between technology, investment, operations, and compliance teams.

Champion FIA's values of trust, innovation, and long-term stewardship.

Performance, Capital & Value Optimization

Advise on resource allocation, capital efficiency, and operational performance measurement.

Support the definition of KPIs and performance frameworks aligned with strategic outcomes.

Provide guidance on optimizing operational effectiveness, technology ROI, and institutional service quality.

Enable leadership to deliver measurable improvements in execution, resilience, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

18–20+ years of senior leadership or executive advisory experience within blockchain, fintech, asset management, or institutional financial services.

Demonstrated experience advising executive teams and boards on strategy, technology, and organizational transformation.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, capital markets, and institutional investment frameworks.

Strong background in governance, risk management, and regulatory considerations.

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive-level advisory skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
