Enorme Hotels & Villas is seeking a professional who will be responsible for the Business Development of the villa portfolio, managed in collaboration with TravelStaytion. The role involves key responsibilities aimed at expanding and growing the villa business:

Duties and Responsibilities

● Identify and engage with potential partners including property owners to grow our market presence.

● Lead the negotiation, drafting, and submission of partnership agreements and sales contracts.

● Inform property owners about the company's services and partnership benefits.

● Maintain and expand a qualified leads database, conduct market research and client outreach (phone, email, in-person).

● Foster long-term relationships with property owners and strategic partners.

● Oversee the day-to-day villa operations, including coordination of check-in agent, housekeeping team, and maintenance team.

● Handle operational issues or emergencies by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction.

● Ensure service quality, timely guest turnovers, and smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

● Develop and optimize operational procedures in line with the company's overall goals.

Requirements – Skill, Abilities, And Knowledge

● Experience in B2B sales will be considered as a plus

● Tenacity and passion for lead generation and conversion

● Previous experience in sales operations

● Multi-tasking and strong time management skills

● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English and in Greek

● Strong will to achieve results with minimal supervision

● Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls and texts

● Energetic and responsive - you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
