Pre-Sales IT Consultant – Public Sector (Greece)

Location:
Athens (Hybrid)

We are looking for a
Pre-Sales IT Consultant
to support the design and promotion of enterprise software solutions for the
Greek Public Sector
(ministries, agencies, municipalities). The role blends technical expertise with strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze public sector requirements, RFPs and technical specifications.
  • Prepare proposals, demos and solution presentations for ΕΣΗΔΗΣ tenders.
  • Translate customer needs into functional & technical solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Support the full pre-sales cycle and contribute to competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years' experience in pre-sales, consulting or business analysis.
  • Understanding of enterprise software (ERP, workflow, financial systems, integrations).
  • Knowledge of Greek public sector processes is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
  • Ability to present, demo and write technical documentation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with public procurement
  • ITIL / PMP / Cloud certifications.
