Graphic & Motion Designer
About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic & Motion Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling assets that align with our brand.

Job Description

  • Design, animate, and deliver high-quality graphics across various platforms
  • Collaborate with content and news production teams to develop cohesive and engaging visual content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and communication channels
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Adapt, optimize, and resize creative assets for different formats and platforms
  • Stay informed about current design trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas
  • Maintain design standards according to brand guidelines.
  • Combine aesthetic design with real-time technology to create immersive storytelling AR visuals for live shows and TV productions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator - Premiere & DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
  • Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender - Unreal Engine is a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both creativity and technical ability
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
