Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components for lighting products (LED drivers, control circuits, sensors, etc).

Collaborate with mechanical and product design teams to integrate electrical and mechanical systems.

Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs and test documentation.

Conduct testing, verification, fault-analysis and optimisation of electrical systems to meet performance, safety and regulatory requirements.

Support prototypes and production launches: review supplier components, manage electrical aspects of manufacturing, ensure consistency and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with new technologies, standards and best practices in lighting/electrical engineering and suggest continuous improvements.

Work within project teams: plan deliverables, support project timelines, communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design or development (lighting industry experience is a strong plus).

Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, drivers, power electronics and relevant standards/regulations.

Proficiency in electrical CAD / schematic software and ability to generate accurate technical documentation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities; ability to coordinate with mechanical engineers, product teams, and suppliers.

Comfortable working on-site in Athens, collaborating cross-functionally from concept to production.
