About the Roles

Ethos & Talent Recruitment is excited to support our client, a leading renewable energy company, in their search for
experienced professionals to join their growing construction teams
across Greece.

Our Client is currently hiring for multiple positions related to the construction and supervision of large-scale
solar PV and substation projects
, including:

  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Electrical Engineers
  • Civil Engineers
  • Voltage Supervisors - Managers
  • Logistics Coordinator

What You'll Do

Depending on your background, you may be involved in:

  • On-site supervision of PV park and substation works.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, HSE, and technical standards.
  • Coordination between contractors, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Monitoring timelines, resources, and technical documentation.
  • Supporting commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and installing photovoltaic (PV) systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or supervision of energy/infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of safety and industry standards for PV systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in photovoltaic systems will be a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Greece.
