As a
Cloud Engineer
, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud environments using Microsoft technologies. You'll be at the forefront of helping organizations transition to the cloud, modernize their IT infrastructure, and leverage cloud-native solutions for productivity, collaboration, and innovation. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a strategic mindset to drive impactful cloud transformation projects.

What you will do:

• Deploy and Migrate:
  Establish new Microsoft 365 and Azure environments by reviewing and managing technical and business requirements. Execute assessment, migration, and implementation plans to transition from on-premises systems to cloud solutions. Manage and optimize existing Microsoft Azure environments & Develop Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.
• Enhance Security:
  Plan and implement security projects using Microsoft solutions.
• Optimize Processes:
  Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools.
• Documentation and Support:
  Prepare technical documentation, own customer issues, research and resolve problems, and provide prompt feedback. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with colleagues and Technical Leads to solve complex problems. Collaborate with other technical teams including Information Security, Architecture, and Technical Advisors. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in IT, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with migration projects (on-premises to cloud).
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Clients, Terminal Services, Hyper-V).
• Basic knowledge of networking core concepts.
• Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and support new technologies, and to train others.

Additional Skills to be considered as advantages:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator – AZ-104, Azure Fundamentals – AZ-900, Azure Virtual Desktop – AZ-140).
• Networking Certifications (e.g., CCNA, NSE4, Checkpoint IaaS Cloud Guard Specialist).
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code deployment.
• Basic knowledge of core security concepts on Microsoft Azure.
• Previous Experience with Security & Compliance of Microsoft 365 Platforms.
• Working with Solutions, like SCCM, WSUS, DLP, Email filtering, Device Management.
