Role Description
We are seeking a Czech-Speaking Business Development Representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Athens. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, initiating contact with prospects, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role will require consistent communication with potential and existing clients and proactive engagement in sales and business development activities to drive the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients
- Experience in Sales and understanding of customer engagement strategies
- Fluency in Czech and English languages is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is a plus
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in business, sales, or related fields are preferred
