Plant Manager – Εγκατάσταση Κρήτης (Ηράκλειο)

Η Polyeco S.A., η μεγαλύτερη και πιο σύγχρονη ελληνική εταιρεία στον τομέα της διαχείρισης επικίνδυνων και μη αποβλήτων, αναζητά PlantManager για την εγκατάσταση της στην ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Κρήτης (Ηράκλειο).

Ο ρόλος απευθύνεται σε Χημικό Μηχανικό ή Μηχανικό Περιβάλλοντος με σημαντική εμπειρία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον, που επιθυμεί να αναλάβει την τεχνική και επιχειρησιακή ευθύνη μιας κρίσιμης εγκατάστασης με υψηλές απαιτήσεις συμμόρφωσης, οργάνωσης και παραγωγικότητας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επίβλεψη, οργάνωση και συντονισμός των παραλαβών αποβλήτων και των σχετικών ροών εργασίας.

  • Δημιουργία και διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων παραλαβών και παραγωγικών δραστηριοτήτων.

  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης προδιαγραφών, διαδικασιών, προθεσμιών και κανονισμών (ISO, ΜΑΠ κ.λπ.).

  • Καθημερινός συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού παραγωγής και υποστήριξης.

  • Εκπαίδευση εργαζομένων σε διαδικασίες, ασφάλεια και περιβαλλοντική συμμόρφωση.

  • Εφαρμογή προληπτικών μέτρων, επιθεώρηση και έλεγχος του τεχνικού εξοπλισμού.

  • Ανάλυση παραγωγικών δεδομένων και εντοπισμός αναποτελεσματικοτήτων / προτάσεις βελτίωσης.

  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής για βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργίας και μείωση κόστους.

  • Συμμετοχή στο εμπορικό σκέλος με προετοιμασία προσφορών προς πελάτες.

  • Διαχείριση επαφών και συνεργασιών με τις τοπικές περιβαλλοντικές αρχές.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο Χημικού Μηχανικού ή Μηχανικού Περιβάλλοντος.

  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε βιομηχανική εγκατάσταση.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

  • Άδεια οδήγησης.

  • Επιθυμητό: Μεταπτυχιακό σε αντικείμενο Περιβάλλοντος.

  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας, οργάνωσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων.

  • Εξοικείωση με ISO 14001 / 9001 / 45001 και βιομηχανικές διαδικασίες.

Συνθήκες & Ιδιαιτερότητες Ρόλου

  • Εργασία εντός της εγκατάστασης στη ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Κρήτης.

  • Ανάγκη μετακίνησης σε όλη την Κρήτη και ενίοτε στα κεντρικά του Ασπροπύργου για reporting και συντονισμό.

  • Χρήση εταιρικού αυτοκινήτου, laptop και τηλεφώνου.
