About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Hostesses (Restaurant Hosts) across all over of Greece. If you deliver a first impression, manage reservations with ease, and keep guest flow smooth during peaks, wed like to me

What youll do

• Greet & seat guests according to floor plan and pacing; manage walk-ins & waiting lists.

• Handle reservations & table management systems (e.g., SevenRooms/OpenTable) and phone/email inquiries.

• Coordinate turns with the Maître/Head Waiter, update section loads and timing for kitchen/bar.

• Prepare host desk & menus, note allergens/occasions/VIPs; support upselling of venues and time slots.

• Escort guests to tables, explain basics (meal plan, service style, dress code if applicable).

• Log issues and feedback; escalate complaints per SOP and follow up.

What you bring

• No experience needed Hostess/FOH or strong customer-facing experience.

• Confident English for guest communication, Greek or another language is a plus.

• Poised, warm, and professional presence; excellent organization & multitasking.

• Familiarity with reservations/table management tools and basic POS awareness.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, calm under pressure.

• Flexibility for rotating shifts (mornings/evenings/weekends).

• Eligibility to work in Greece.
