Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Khaniá. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the supervision of staff, scheduling, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained. Responsibilities include managing the laundry services, hiring and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Housekeeping Manager will also handle inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining effective communication with other departments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills:
  Experience in managing, leading, and training housekeeping staff
• Operational Skills:
  Proficiency in laundry services and managing housekeeping operations
• Customer Service Skills:
  Strong customer service acumen to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns
• Communication Skills:
  Effective communication abilities for interaction with staff and other departments
• Hiring Skills:
  Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
