Role Overview
We are looking for an SRE Lead to drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading reliability initiatives, optimizing system performance, and mentoring a team of SREs to deliver robust and automated solutions that support our business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering team and ensure high availability of critical systems and services.Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to build scalable, fault-tolerant systems.Drive automation efforts to improve deployment speed, reliability, and operational efficiency.Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs to ensure measurable service reliability.Conduct post-incident reviews and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).Excellent understanding of networking, system performance, and incident management practices.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
