an Architect Engineer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in luxury residential construction projects.
  • In depth knowledge of Greek urban planning and building regulations.
  • Experience in issuing building permits, in implementation
    of the electronic building identity application
    and in issuing energy performance certificates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), CAD and Photorealism software.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
