Housekeeping Manager

for our new project in Marousi, opening in June 2025.

We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to be responsible for coordinating all departmental functions. Directs, implements, and maintains a service philosophy, which serves as a guide to the respective team.

About the role:

• Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the department while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
• Lead and inspire the in property HK team, to deliver a consistent level of service
• Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel's HK Department
• Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
• Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs service standards and procedures
• Able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

• Track record of experience in the luxury end of the market
• Area hotel experience and / or knowledge is highly desirable.
• The ability to improve and maintain high service standards.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals. Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control.
