As a key member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional and forward-thinking solutions. You'll participate in project discussions, team meetings, and regularly present your designs for feedback and alignment. This role offers growth opportunities, including coaching to refine your technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

You will be collaborating with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences. You'll contribute to project and team meetings, and you'll showcase and discuss your work often. You'll receive coaching in technical and behavioral skills, and develop your own coaching skills.

You'll work on multiple products with diverse business needs, ensuring consistency across applications by respecting design guidelines and contributing to our design system. Additionally, you'll play a key role in improving our front-end library components.

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the teams that need our support. Our collaboration follows a structured, two-week sprint framework, ensuring a well-defined and documented design process. Beyond delivering velocity, designs, and resolving tickets, our approach embraces continuous growth through participation in professional certifications.

What you will bring

• Design Expertise: Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs for our platform apps are efficient & user-friendly;
• Research and Testing: Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
• Best Practices: Engage with users to conduct usability testing, leveraging their feedback to refine solutions;
• Team Collaboration: Promote best practices to create maintainable, high performing web applications;
• Design Systems: As part of a cross-functional team, collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues, such as the Product Owner, Developers and Stakeholders;
• Contribute meaningfully to the broader Product Design team in Kaizen.

What we are looking for

• 3 years of experience as a product designer;
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong understanding of its design and collaboration tools;
• Comfort with iterative design processes and working in an Agile environment;
• Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems with reusable components;
• Strong customer empathy, with a deep desire to understand user needs and goals;
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively and deliver practical solutions;
• Detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture;
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion;
• Adapt at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills in working independently and as part of a team, with a strong learning mindset;
• Familiarity with web development fundamentals like HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
