About the role

As a
Sales Executive
, you'll work closely with the founding team to grow our sales and strengthen our international presence. You'll manage incoming leads, close new flight deals and assist in building outbound partnerships to generate demand across both Shared and Private flight services.

This is a hands-on, commercial role that combines relationship-building with performance-driven execution. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, shaping hoper's sales strategy and bringing new travel partners, brokers, and customers onboard.

Main Responsibilities

  • handle incoming charter flight requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deal Closing

    evelop tailored flight solutions, negotiate terms and close sales efficiently.

  • Outbound Growth

    uild and manage an active outreach pipeline aimed at expanding our network of travel agencies, hotels, and corporate clients.

  • Partnership Coordination

    iaise with operators, travel partners and hoteliers to ensure smooth hand-off to Sales Operations for confirmed flights.

  • Reporting & Insights

    rack and report on key sales metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in conversion rates (both online and offline) and revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience
  • ideally within travel, hospitality, aviation, or another fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Ability to manage a Sales pipeline in a timely manner, round the clock.
  • Strong Negotiator & Closer
  • confident turning warm leads into deals and identifying new opportunities proactively.
  • Analytical Mindset
  • able to interpret sales data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented
  • thrives in a dynamic environment while managing multiple leads and partners.
  • Tech-Savvy
  • proficient in Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent Communicator
  • fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexible & Energetic
  • comfortable working non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Team Player with Drive
