for private jet flights, ensuring
seamless service, operational efficiency, and strict safety compliance
. Your role is key in delivering a
luxury experience
tailored to
high-profile clientele
while coordinating with flight crews, airport authorities, and ground handling teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all ramp operations
  for private jet
  arrivals and departures
  , including
  aircraft parking, baggage handling, fueling, catering coordination, and cabin preparation
  .
• Ensure a
  smooth, efficient, and timely turnaround
  of private jets, meeting the
  elite service standards
  of private aviation.
• Monitor ramp activities
  to ensure compliance with
  aviation safety regulations, airport protocols, and private jet handling procedures
  .
• Oversee luxury service handling
  , including
  VIP baggage assistance, airside vehicle access for passengers, and special onboard catering/amenities requests
  .
• Act as the
  primary liaison
  for pilots, flight attendants, concierge teams, and high-net-worth passengers, ensuring their
  expectations are met with precision and discretion
  .
• Maintain
  accurate records
  of ramp activities, including
  baggage movements, fueling, catering orders, and VIP service requests
  .
• Manage
  Ground Support Equipment (GSE) availability
