for our clients and people. We are seeking to enhance our Creative team with a
Motion Designer. The new colleague will craft visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, commercials, and branded content. She/he will work closely with designers, copywriters, and Account Management teams to bring advertising concepts to life through motion. She/he will have an eye for creative and functioning material, possesses up-to-date skills, and transforms information into intuitive, and functional motion visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital ads, social media, TV commercials, and brand campaigns  original, engaging visual assets across all digital channels.
  • Develop engaging animated typography, logo animations, and dynamic visual effects that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate within the Creative Department, conceptualizing and producing cohesive work.
  • Maintain style, tone, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in storytelling, video production, and social media.
  • Ensure that projects are completed according to schedule while effectively applying the best methodology and following quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in motion design, preferably in an ad agency
  • Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Blender/Cinema 4D
  • Teamwork skills
  • Alert Mind & Soul
  • Strong desire to evolve.
  • Operating effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
