We're a young, dynamic team working on
international development projects
with partners like the EU, UN, GIZ, and the World Bank. From governance reform in the Middle East to socio-economic projects in Central Asia, no two days are the same.

What you'll actually do

• Support us in preparing tender bids
• Collect & organize expert CVs, diplomas, references
• Chat with international experts and partners
• Format & polish CVs to fit donor templates
• Help with contracting once we win a project

It's not just admin: it's the
engine room
of how international consulting works. You'll see projects come to life from the inside.

Who we're looking for

• You're
  organised, detail-loving, and proactive
• You're not shy about sending that follow-up email
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Based in Athens and excited to work on-site with us
• Most importantly: you're
  curious, ambitious, and ready to grow
