What We are looking for
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
What you will work on
- Manage a portfolio of Key Account customers;
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Be available 24/7 for high-end, high-value players and attending to hospitality events
- Work closely with internal teams, in order to serve high-value customers and provide a VIP customer experience;
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
What you bring
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum one year of working experience in the VIP team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of CRM tools
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Fluency in English will be a plus;
