Role Description
The Brigade Coordinator is a full-time on-site role based in Athens, Greece. The coordinator will manage day-to-day activities, including organizing and executing brigade logistics, coordinating with communities and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare and business development programs. The role also involves training and supporting volunteers, promoting program activities, and maintaining strong communication with local partners and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in communication and community engagement to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Skills in data collection, reporting, and documenting program outcomes
- Basic knowledge or experience in health or economic development programs
- Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in volunteer coordination or community development is a plus
