About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Yodeck's Agile journey. As all of our teams are currently scaling, so does our mission as Agile chapter, starting from the product and engineering teams, and gradually expanding to revenue, marketing and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Things you will be regularly working on include:

• Facilitating Scrum events and ensuring effective meeting practices.
• Helping the Scrum teams focus on creating high-value increments, ensuring transparency and alignment, and removing impediments between teams and stakeholders.
• Working closely with key roles such as Tech Leads, Product Owners and other business stakeholders. Coaching and mentoring team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles and frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach in a technology environment, with proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution and team building.
• Previous experience in working with multiple software development teams, using an agile framework like Scrum, Kanban, etc., and understanding of the strengths of different agile approaches. Experience in Planning, Impact Mapping and User Story Mapping are a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships, coach, lead and drive change at a team level through the various phases of development.
