Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work creatively.
