Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
  • Perform routine backups and assist in recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Support IT projects as needed and help document processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and IT support practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to assist and guide end-users effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
