IT Engineer

Key activities and responsibilities of the IT Engineer role include:

• Support employees by resolving their technical issues, onsite and remote 
• Responsible for user provisioning 
• Responsible to collect and document all business requirements towards IT systems
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Administers internal platforms 
• Provides regular and accurate reporting
• Administer internal IT equipment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of working experience as an IT Engineer in a relevant industry
• BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or relevant areas
• ITIL and service management experience
• Experience in Microsoft technologies Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, SCCM, Windows 11
• Experience in MS SharePoint, workflow creation and automation
• Very good collaboration skills and drive for results
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language (especially German or Italian) is a plus
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
