NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.   Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members' club, located at The Ilisian. We are looking for enthusiastic and eager-to-learn individuals who are passionate about hospitality and excited to grow in the world of mixology. You are energetic, team-oriented, and ready to support the bar team in creating outstanding guest experiences. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Bartender, you will play a supportive and hands-on role in the smooth running of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of drinks, both classic and signature
• Welcoming guests and supporting senior bartenders with service
• Learning the bar menu and offering basic drink recommendations
• Helping with bar setup, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Following hygiene standards and assisting with inventory tasks

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Fluent in English and Greek
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
• No prior bartending experience required – training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of spirits and cocktails is a plus
• Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Eager to take initiative and build a career in hospitality
