The Role:
Join as a Talesales Executive turning calls into opportunities. Use AI tools and CRM systems to drive sales, support clients, and exceed targets in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify customer needs and convert leads into sales;
- Present 's products and services in a clear, compelling, and professional way;
- Book appointments for business opportunities or route qualified leads to the field sales team when appropriate;
- Accurately process and manage orders, ensuring all procedures are followed;
- Keep detailed records of all calls and customer interactions, noting useful insights;
- Actively participate in cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns;
- Support the Account Management team by preparing and updating client information;
- Professionally manage objections or complaints, safeguarding the company's reputation;
- Go the "extra mile" to exceed sales targets and build strong customer relationships;
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., CRM insights, automated reporting, smart call summaries) to streamline your workflow, enhance customer interactions, and boost productivity.

Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally via phone;
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs;
- Comfortable using CRM tools, telephone systems, and AI-powered platforms to manage leads and customer interactions;
- Fast learner who can quickly understand and explain products/services;
- Fluent in Greek and excellent command of English;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Resilient, with a positive attitude towards rejection;
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail;
- High school diploma required (BSc/BA is a plus);
- Tech-savviness and willingness to embrace AI tools for efficiency and insights.
