Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the performance and availability of network elements, systems and applications
- 1st level support, identifying and resolving issues
- Collaborating with 2nd and 3rd level support
- Collaborating with other team members to improve process and tools
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
- Good understanding of basic principles of computer networks and virtualization
- Good understanding of security principles
- Basic experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, etc.)
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to work shifts
