Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated and proactive Credit Controller to join our Accounting & Finance team to ensure robust credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue payments.
  • Conduct credit assessments of new and existing customers in compliance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance departments to resolve credit issues and disputes.
  • Prepare and manage regular aging reports and cash collection forecasts.
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure timely payments.
  • Recommend credit limits and manage credit insurance where applicable.
  • Support month-end closing activities including reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of credit control experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, payment terms, and collections processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
