Η Lekos Group αναζητά έναν/μία Compensation & Benefits Manager που θα συμβάλει καθοριστικά στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση στρατηγικών αποδοχών και παροχών, εξασφαλίζοντας τη διαφάνεια, τη συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία και τη διαρκή ενίσχυση της εργασιακής ικανοποίησης και παρακίνησης.
- Σχεδιασμός και εφαρμογή πολιτικών αμοιβών και παροχών σύμφωνα με τις στρατηγικές της εταιρείας.
- Διενέργεια υπολογισμών για bonus schemes, incentives και ad-hoc αποζημιώσεις.
- Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση κόστους και απόδοσης των συστημάτων παροχών.
- Ανάλυση της αγοράς για benchmarking αποδοχών και παροχών.
- Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Payroll και HR για εναρμονισμένες διαδικασίες.
- Παρακολούθηση εργατικής και φορολογικής νομοθεσίας σχετικής με τις αποδοχές και παροχές.
- Υποστήριξη σε εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους σχετικούς με τις αποδοχές.
- Προτάσεις για νέα προγράμματα επιβράβευσης και παροχών που ενισχύουν την εμπειρία εργαζομένων.
Requirements
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή συναφούς κλάδου.
- Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση ή σε θέση Payroll/HR με έμφαση στις αποδοχές.
- Άριστη γνώση της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας.
- Δυνατότητα διενέργειας υπολογισμών bonus, incentive plans και ad-hoc παροχών.
- Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Excel (ιδίως σε πίνακες υπολογισμών, pivot tables, συναρτήσεις).
- Ικανότητες αναλυτικής σκέψης και αξιολόγησης κόστους-οφέλους.
- Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα και stakeholders.
- Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και εμπιστευτικότητα στη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών.
